Service Agreement

A legal disclaimer

This Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which
Destination CEU, a Wyoming Corporation, (“Provider or Company”) offers continuing education services to its participants (“Participant”) in both live and recorded settings to meet educational licensing requirements for Participant.


Company agrees to provide continuing education programs meeting the applicable standards required for licensure and professional development in the mental health field in conformance with the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) and American Counseling Association (ACA). The continuing education credits are generally accepted in all states. Once Participant registers, Provider will start working with your individual state to obtain the appropriate accreditation. These services may include in-person educational sessions and limited access to session replays for a period of thirty (30) days following the original
presentation date, unless otherwise stated.


Except as expressly stated herein, Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the results to be achieved from participation in its educational offerings. It is the sole responsibility of the Participant to ensure the content meets the requirements of their licensing board or regulatory authority. Participant is responsible for attending scheduled sessions, meeting any attendance or participation criteria as required by licensing standards, and accessing replay
materials within the designated thirty-day window. No extensions or exceptions will be granted to Participant unless otherwise agreed in writing.


As a condition of Participant’s involvement in the event, Participant waives any claim he or she may have against Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and presenters or speakers, for reliance on any information presented by Company, for reliance on any information presented and releases company from any and against any and all liability for damage or injury that may arise from my participation or attendance at the program. Participant further understand
and agree all property rights in the material presented are reserved to the presenter or speaker, or to Company. Participant acknowledges involvement in Provider’s events and activities may have some risk and does hereby assume responsibility for their own well-being. Participant acknowledges and agrees Provider’s sole liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be
limited to the amount of fees paid by the Participant for the specific program or service subscribed. Under no circumstances shall Company be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of earnings, professional standing, or opportunity. All travel arrangements are through a third party. Company is not responsible for any associated costs relating to travel, missed travel or any associated expenses incurred.


Neither Company nor Participant shall be liable in damages or have the right to terminate this agreement for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is by conditions beyond Company’s control including but not limited to Acts of God, governmental restrictions and or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is impacted.


Participant agrees and consents to be recorded or photographed during any of Company’s events. Company further reserves the right to use any of the photographs or video taken during our event in the replay of the educational event or for promotional purposes. Participant consents to the use of his or her image in publications or other media, including video, material produced by Company. Images will not be identified using names or personal identifying information
without written approval from the photographed Participant. Participant further agrees he or she will not record, reproduce, or transmit any part of the educational materials provided, whether it be in written, electronic ,or any other means without explicit written permission of Company.


By enrolling in Company’s educational offerings, Participant acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Agreement in full. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, with venue designated to the Court of proper jurisdiction in the Eighth Judicial District of Wyoming.
